Round Wire Coil Inductors
Round wire coil (RWC) inductors come in six platform sizes and enable the highest efficiency of any SMT inductor through the use of a low loss ferrite core material which minimizes AC losses and also eliminates thermal ageing. The use of round magnetic wire instead of rectangular flat coils enables a lower cost while still maintaining a low DCR and small footprint. The platforms have passed the AEC-Q200 stress test qualification proving the designs robustness and suitability to difficult environments but the parts are not IATF certified. Rotary Position Sensors
Using the same technology as our linear range but with a printed rotary coil opposed to the wound linear coil our rotary sensors offer the same high performance as the linear sensor range but with shaft driven rotary or gravity driven tilt measurement. Off-Set Kelvin Test Sockets
This is an innovative and robust contact technology for making Kelvin contact to 0.5mm pitch QFNs. The contact uses a tip that is angled to one side, matched to an orientation that's flat on the tip. Two such contacts placed in opposition will touch the pad within 0.125mm. And because the tip is offset, the probe diameter is a robust 0.39mm and the load board pad pitch remains 0.5mm.
