Dytronic Primary Transfer Ultra Stable Standard
RD-22 Ultra
The RD-22 Dytronic Primary Transfer Ultra Stable Standard represents the state-of-the-art technology in a commercially available AC transfer reference. The Ultra Stable RD-22 is a variant of the RD-22 Primary Transfer Standard that has been optimized for 120/240 V @ 5A operation to provide optimum stability. In a stable test environment, repeatability for a 10-second test of ±0.6 µWh/VAh is attained at 120 V and 240 V at 5A inputs with a 95% confidence interval. A typical experimental 2 repeatability of less than ±0.25 µWh/VAh is achieved. In a stable test environment, a reproducibility of ±2 µWh/VAh over a five-day interval is attained at 120 V and 240 V at 5A inputs with 95% confidence interval.

Standard Helmholtz Coils
Helmholtz Coils are ideal for the measurement of Rare Earth (Samarium Cobalt, Neodymium) and Hard Ferrite permanent magnet materials (materials which exhibit a relative straight line demagnetization). Our standard Helmholtz Coils are for use with fluxmeters. The Helmholtz Coil measures the magnet sample as a single magnetic moment provided that the longest dimension of the magnet sample is less than one-third (1/3) the diameter of the coil system. By definition, the magnetic moment per unit volume is the intrinsic magnetization of the sample. With our calibrated Helmholtz Coil and Integrated Fluxmeter – and given the volume of the permanent magnet sample – the intrinsic open circuit operating B (Bdi) can be measured.

Standard Directional Gyroscopes
4000B-series
The 4000B is our standard air-driven directional gyro. As the aircraft turns left or right, gears on the sensing unit and dial shaft translate this rotation into rotation of the instrument’s vertical dial. Left turns produce clockwise dial rotation and right turns produce counter-clockwise rotation. The gyro is controlled by a heading selector knob located on the lower left of the instrument. Pressing and turning the knob first disengages the dial shaft and then resets the dial to a new heading, which results in a new course indication. Releasing the selector knob re-engages the dial shaft. The on-course position of the pointer is always at the top of the azimuth circle (0° on the dial with the aircraft headed north).

Automatic Voltage Regulating Relay- Standard Model
NMC’s Microcontroller based Automatic Voltage Regulating Relays (AVR Relays) are latest technology based Relays used for regulating the secondary voltage of Power Transformers with On Load Tap Changer (OLTC). The Parameter settings are made through the front panel keys & are stored in NVRAM. Independent time delays can be set for first control pulse & subsequent pulses. Built-in Tap displays Tap number of Power Transformer. OLTC is blocked for UV, OV, OC, CF, Min/Max Tap Positions & Tap Fail . in manual mode, Tap Raise/Lower can be achieved through front keys.
