These systems are individually assembled to match the product being tested.

The systems are well suited for embossing complex micro- and nanostructures and high-aspect ratio features into a wide range of polymer substrates or spin-on-polymers. The combination with stamp-to-substrate alignment allows alignment of hot embossing to pre-processed substrate structures.

Temperatures greater than 60o Celsius or lower than 4o Celsius can be achieved with optional upgrades to construction and components. All KB series environmental chambers come standard with Fuji’s PXG4 microprocessor, but we often install Watlow brand microprocessors for customers that need that brand or the capabilities it has. Unlike many proprietary controllers on the market, these controllers are available off the shelf and have been proven in tens of thousands of installations.
