QuickSun 550Ei is a versatile testing system for qualifying of PV modules with dimensions up to 105 x 205 cm2. Basic set up includes a top class solar simulator which measures modules in sunny side up position enabling e.g. soiling simulations. Several additional measurement methods can be integrated to the same system including high resolution EL imaging with analysis software from one of the most recognized EL system suppliers. Also hot spot revealing IR images can be recorded by applying either forward or reverse bias current, and true nA scale leakage current measurements can be performed with sensitive enough instruments.

Battery Fault Insertion Unit
The Battery Fault Insertion Unit (FIU) provides intelligent switching of cell-simulation channels for the Battery Simulator 1200. The switching capability enables simulation of open-circuit and short-to-rail fault conditions on any cell channel for the purposes of battery management system (BMS) testing. Additionally, a four-wire auxiliary input allows you to connect an external digital multimeter (DMM) instrument to any cell channel for very high-accuracy bypass current and cell voltage measurements. Each FIU provides 24 independently-programmable cell-switching channels for one or two 12-cell Battery Simulator 1200 units. The 58131 Lifetime Test System is designed specifically for the OLED industry. Model 58131 provides twoquadrant constant current (CC) and constant voltage (CV) stimulus to each OLED panel and acquires electrical and optical characteristics automatically. Two independent and isolated precision source-and-measure units (PMU) are incorporated in one modular card, which is capable of testing two OLED panels. Additional instrument cards are added to expand test capacity. Hot plug and play is a key feature of 58131. When a UUT fails or an instrument card needs to be replaced, 58131 does not have to be shutdown and testing continues for other UUTs. Hot plug and play obviates life test cycle restarts due to isolated faults and significantly improves life test efficiency. We firmly believe that hot plug and play capability should be mandatory for all lifetime test systems.
